Cassie earned her Immigration Consultant Diploma with honors from Ashton College and holds a Master of Science Degree in International Management from the University of West of England in the United Kingdom.

Before establishing her private practice, Cassie served as a paralegal in a local Immigration Law Office, focusing on processing diverse Canadian immigration applications. With an extensive track record of excellence in the field, Cassie excels in aiding clients with a range of immigration applications, including Economic Class Permanent Resident Applications, Temporary Resident Applications encompassing students, workers, and visitors, Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program, Business Investment, Strategic Recruitment, and Family Sponsorship. Notably, Cassie offers effective solutions that have assisted clients who previously faced multiple application refusals.

Prior to entering the immigration sector, she worked for a New York-based regional business center, providing support for investment and settlement inquiries. Cassie boasts over 13 years of experience in key account service and business management across various industries. Her approach embodies a comprehensive understanding of each unique scenario, ensuring legal requirements are met and superior customer service is delivered to clients.

Currently residing in Winnipeg, Cassie lives with her husband and two children, after whom our company is named. Her wealth of experience and dedication to exceptional service make her the most valuable asset to our team.

Residing in Canada since 2007, Stephen’s educational journey led him to attain a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of Northern British Columbia. Prior to embarking on a career in immigration, Stephen honed his professional management skills at a renowned U.S. family business – Enterprise Holding.

In 2020, Stephen’s was recognized as an Expert in the Canadian Academic English Language Test. His adeptness lies in conducting thorough front-end consultations, meticulously collecting client information, and furnishing them with optimal insights and potential resolutions for their cases. Moreover, Stephen takes charge of pivotal application processes within our operations.

Currently, Stephen and his fiancée call Winnipeg their home. His multifaceted skills, coupled with his dedication, make him a valued contributor to our team.

Carol attained her degree with a major in Linguistics from the University of Manitoba. Subsequently, she furthered her education at the University of British Columbia, specializing in Immigration Laws, Policies, and Procedures.

In the year 2022, Carol achieved a significant milestone by successfully passing her Entry-to-Practice Exam, thereby gaining recognition as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. She is actively engaged in handling a range of immigration matters including Permanent Resident Applications, Labour Market Impact Assessments, Manitoba Provincial Nominee Applications, and Study Permit Applications, all under the guidance of Cassie and Stephen.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Carol finds enjoyment in reading and playing the piano during her leisure hours. Her enthusiasm led her to join AnMatt as a Junior Associate, where she eagerly anticipates aiding individuals in their smooth transition to Canada.
